Founded by Naomi, a licensed lash and makeup artist with a passion for detail and transformation, our mission is to enhance your natural beauty while creating a luxury experience rooted in warmth, trust, integrity, and individuality. Every service is fully customized, and every client is treated with care, precision, and intention. At Kawaii Beauty, we believe when you look good, you feel unstoppable—and we’re here to help you own that glow. Booking & Policies A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice can result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total. If you anticipate being late, please communicate with us at least 2 hours before your appointment. While we do not charge late fees, late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s time. If we’re unable to complete your service within the remaining time, and you’ve contacted us in advance, we’ll happily reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellation Policy
For same-day appointment changes, the deposit is forfeited, and you will be responsible for 50% of the appointment fee. The deposit is refundable only if the appointment is canceled or modified at least 48 hours in advance. Any no-call, no-show will result in a charge for 100% of the appointment fee.
